Based in Patong but a 10-15min walk from all the crowds, so a central location but not on top of all the wild entertainment. The room was a nice size and the bed is one of the comfiest I have ever slept in. 2 nice pools to choose from and they have an in-house Spa too. We paid for breakfast on two occasions (250bht per person) and it was fine with a nice selection to choose from including freshly cooked omelettes if required. Security did a good job of keeping folk out of the pool at closing time (8pm) which was good as we had a pool view balcony. We would stay here again.

It was close to everything we needed, like laundry, transportation, food, the beach, massages, pharmacies, travel agencies, grocery stores, rentals, fruits, and stores. We could just walk to all of those places. The staff was also really helpful. They were always there to help us with anything we needed. I also liked that the hotel was really clean. They took hygiene very seriously, which made us feel comfortable.

We had a good sized room and balcony overlooking the smaller pool. We had no issues getting sun loungers when we wanted them. The smaller pool was a lot quieter than the main pool which suited us. The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, advising us regarding taxis & booking them when we needed them. We both had massages in the hotel spa which were very good. All in all it was a lovely, chilled place to stay.

Next door to the hotel there is a seven eleven store and a a very cheap laundry service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was upgraded to poolview with no extra charge.
